CSMM is designing an innovative office concept for Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG, placing flexibility, interaction, and inspiration at the center. The 570-square-meter pilot space serves as an initial prototype for a scalable and adaptable New Work environment, which will later be expanded to the entire 19,000-square-meter administrative building with five floors and 650 workstations. The architecture promotes communication and collaboration through flexible workspace choices, interaction zones for spontaneous exchanges, and an open atmosphere with light-filled atriums. At the same time, the modern design creates an inspiring work environment that radiates innovation and enhances employer attractiveness. As a pilot project, this space not only provides valuable insights for the further development of the entire office building but also serves as a visionary environment that supports new ways of working and engages employees.
