Five years after having planned the interim offices of WÖHR + BAUER GmbH in the Hildegard Strasse, we recently designed the headquarters of the company, which also has offices in Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin. For the site in Munich’s Lehel district, our architects created an innovative workplace for 40 staff on roughly 1,350 square metres of office space. We opted for a classic combi-office, which has been tailored to meet the company’s specific needs. Combining private offices for one or two staff with a spacious central hub that is accessible to all means that the workplace is ideally suited to the company’s workflows.
