Rethinking Space Design! Opening of the Marketing Lounge in the CSMM-designed Network House of Urban Progress GmbH.

How can we best convey the flexibility and adaptability of modern workspaces to potential tenants? By letting them design the space themselves!

The new marketing lounge in the refurbished and reimagined existing building offers two innovative ways to experience ideal spatial configurations interactively:

At full scale (1:1) with movable grid walls and flexible furniture – experience the space's flexibility firsthand and tailor it to your individual needs.
At scale (1:20) with a model, magnetic partition walls, and miniature furniture – playfully explore different layout configurations and let your creativity flow.

The concept was very well received! We’re thrilled by the positive feedback on this interactive space. Thank you to everyone involved in the project – the implementation was so much fun!

Die neue Marketinglounge im sanierten und umgebauten Bestandsgebäude bietet gleich zwei innovative Ansätze, um die ideale Raumaufteilung interaktiv zu erleben:

In 1:1 mit verschiebbaren Gitterwänden und beweglichen Möbeln – Erleben Sie die Flexibilität der Flächen direkt vor Ort und passen Sie den Raum an Ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse an.
Im Maßstab 1:20 mit einem Modell, magnetischen Elementwänden und Miniaturmöbeln – Hier können Sie spielerisch verschiedene Grundrisskonstellationen austesten und Ihrer Kreativität freien Lauf lassen.

Das Konzept kam sehr gut an. Wir freuen uns über die vielen positiven Rückmeldungen zu diesem interaktiven Raum! Danke an alle Projektbeteiligten, die Umsetzung hat viel Spaß gemacht!
