CSMM wins triple at the German Design Awards 2025!
We are excited to announce that CSMM has been awarded three prestigious honors at the German Design Awards 2025! The German Design Council has recognized three of our projects in the Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture category.
NanoTemper Technologies
Our interior design for NanoTemper Technologies’ new headquarters in Munich has been awarded as a Winner. The innovative concept brings all departments together under one roof for the first time, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge laboratories with modern office spaces.
Showroom Alte Jakobstrasse
Our second award-winning project, the Showroom Alte Jakobstrasse in Berlin, was praised for its flexible 360 m² layout. As part of the revitalization of an existing building, the project features an open, transparent marketing lounge that embodies the philosophy “Space creates new realities.” High-quality materials and space-defining elements achieve an ideal balance between form and function.
Opernturm Frankfurt
Our tenant fit-out project at Opernturm Frankfurt also received recognition in the Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture category. The Opera Lounge on the 6th floor offers multifunctional spaces, intimate “Cosy Corners,” and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Opernplatz. The use of natural materials and flexible design creates a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Since 2012, the German Design Award has been recognizing and showcasing outstanding design trends to a global audience. We are honored to be part of this legacy. The official award ceremony will take place in February 2025 during the Ambiente Direct event.
