CSMM wins triple at the German Design Awards 2025!
We are delighted that the jury of the German Design Council has recognized three of our projects in the category “Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture.”
NanoTemoer Technologies
Our interior concept for the new headquarters of NanoTemper Technologies in Munich was awarded as a Winner. The innovative design brings all company departments together under one roof for the first time – from state-of-the-art laboratories to offices.
Showroom Alte Jakobstraße
Our second award-winning project, the Showroom Alte Jakobstraße in Berlin, impressed with a flexible space concept spanning 360 m². As part of the revitalization of an existing building planned by CSMM, an open, transparent marketing lounge was created, embodying the motto "Space creates new realities." High-quality materials and space-defining elements achieve the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Opernturm Frankfurt
Our tenant fit-out project in the Opernturm Frankfurt was awarded in the category “Excellent Architecture – Interior Architecture.” The exclusive Opera Lounge on the 6th floor offers multifunctional spaces, cozy “Cosy Corners,” and a rooftop terrace with a view of Opernplatz. Natural materials and flexible space design create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
Since 2012, the German Design Award has honored outstanding design trends and showcased them to a wide audience. We are proud to be part of this story! The official award ceremony will take place in February 2025 during the Ambiente Direct event.
