Ceremonial Opening of our AI Competence Center
With the establishment of its “AI Competence Center,” CSMM marks another milestone in its forward-thinking approach. During an interactive AI tasting at the Berlin location last week, our guests had the opportunity to experience firsthand how we integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into architectural planning to continuously optimize design and planning processes and develop future-proof solutions.
For over a decade, we have been committed to Building Information Modeling (BIM), and now we have taken the next step. At the AI Competence Center, architect and AI expert Kajetan Szostok and Adam Pietrzak are advancing intelligent planning. Together, from the Warsaw office, they develop new applications that are strategically integrated into our processes. They support all departments – from administration to planning – in learning this new technology. The AI Competence Center analyzes our workflow and applies AI where it is most beneficial. Prompting thus becomes a new form of communication, enhancing knowledge exchange among team members.
AI tools such as Qbiq, Laiout, and Dall-E enable the rapid development of design options, precise cost and schedule planning, and the analysis of CO₂ emissions. This empowers us to provide our clients with well-founded decision-making bases.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this inspiring evening! The exchange was enriching, and we look forward to the exciting journey ahead.
