CSMM Launches AI Competence Center

For several years, our team has been actively exploring the potential of artificial intelligence. Now, we are taking a significant step forward by consolidating this expertise through the creation of our AI Competence Center.

This new hub is dedicated to further optimizing our design and planning processes while developing innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions. Led by Kajetan Szostok, our AI expert in Warsaw, alongside Adam Pietrzak, the AI Competence Center will drive progress in the following areas:
 

1.  Optimization of Design Processes: AI enables us to analyze and refine complex design options, fostering the creation of more efficient, creative, and innovative solutions.
    
2.  Enhanced Visualizations and Simulations: With AI-powered tools, we can produce highly realistic 3D visualizations and simulations that bring buildings and spaces to life with exceptional detail.
    
3.  Automated Project Planning: AI streamlines project planning and coordination, optimizing timelines and helping identify potential issues early in the process.
    
4.  Sustainability and Energy Efficiency: AI supports the development of energy-efficient solutions, allowing us to design buildings that minimize their environmental impact and promote sustainability.
    
5.  User-Centric Design Solutions: AI-driven insights into user behavior and preferences enable us to create designs tailored to the specific needs and desires of the people who will use the spaces.
