With the move to the new space, Victor and Guy Carpenter not only change their business address, but also move from a roomed office concept to a modern open space concept with a balanced ratio of communication and retreat areas. The rental space is divided into a communicative area, in which the reception area, kitchen and meeting rooms are positioned, and a concentrated area, in which the workplaces including the areas to be used are located. The serving functions are placed in a centrally positioned installation in the open space area and thus generate two zones, which allow a spatial allocation of the two companies without separating them.
