Following successful cooperation in various projects, in 2018 a rental space of the Maximilianhöfe was converted into the first office location for Pembroke in Germany. CSMM developed different room configurations, occupancy and furnishing variants. The selected design was transferred into a execution and work planning, necessary specialist planner services were coordinated and the implementation up to the furnishing concept was supervised.
