For Linklaters, CSMM - architecture matters has developed a pioneering pilot project with open-space working environments. A balanced mix of work areas, retreat into think tanks and a staff lounge make it possible – packed in a world of high-quality materials, a colour concept tailored to Linklaters and sound-absorbing acoustic elements.
In addition to the creative conception and implementation, CSMM - architecture matters carried out a comprehensive needs analysis involving the employees, which at the same time ensured the success of the project as the first step in a change management process accompanying the project.
