With the refurbishment of the 1980s office and commercial building, Leopoldstraße 7 has been transformed into a forward-thinking architectural landmark. A comprehensive renovation modernized the building structure, expanded the office spaces, and introduced a newly designed façade that offers both aesthetic and energy efficiency benefits. The restructured interiors enable flexible workplace solutions with open and enclosed areas, optimal daylight utilization, and spacious rooftop terraces, creating a high-quality work environment. A strong focus was placed on sustainability by integrating resource-efficient building technology and achieving LEED Gold certification, while preserving the embodied energy of the existing structure.
