CSMM developed a tailored spatial concept for Finnegan’s Munich office, creating a flexible and future-proof law firm structure. As part of a tenant-led fit-out, the team managed the planning, coordination, and execution of the entire project, integrating design, technical, and organizational requirements early in the process. The concept combines traditional private offices with an open layout, incorporating glass partitions to enhance transparency and additional spaces for communication and relaxation. A central client area with modular conference rooms allows for versatile use, accommodating events and meetings of various sizes. With a bold color and material concept and a precisely coordinated interior design, a modern work environment was created that balances efficiency with a strong corporate identity.
