CSMM in a special feature by the Frankfurter Allgemeine

“Does every office need to have hammocks and a play area in future?” the Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper asked Malte Tschörtner in its special new work “one question, one answer” feature.

The CSMM – architecture matters Managing Director and architect knew the answer: “Climbing a mountain or just hanging out should both be possible during our everyday work. In both cases, nothing has a greater impact on you than the environment around you. It affects everything, all the time and everywhere – not just well-being and motivation, but also structures and processes. That’s why it needs to inspire a change of perspective.”
