CSMM designs “Ideenwerk München” (Munich's Ideas Workshop)
Innovative commercial lettings with virtual reality tours
A virtual world of experiences and an actual buffet were provided to visitors in March 2019, when “Ideenwerk München” (Munich's Ideas Workshop) opened.
Alongside CLS Germany, CSMM has revitalised the office buildings in the Perlach area of Munich over the course of this year. Both existing tenants such as BSH and future users will benefit from outdoor recreational spaces as well as a refreshed façade with newly designed entrance areas.
CSMM designed and created the Marketing Lounge in an industrial chic style, and live office staging and a VR station offer a viewing experience which is both real and digital to those who are interested. For this purpose, the form 3d agency has implemented the organisational concepts “Combi Office” and “Open Space” in a VR-3D real time application.
