After Sony Music had extended the tenancy agreement for another 5 years after 10 years, the office concept should now be modernized. A reception area with a new entrance situation has been realized on the ground floor with a new room layout. On the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor new kitchens were installed. Analogous to the company culture of Sony, which is already being lived at other locations in the world, the aim of the spatial restructuring is primarily the change from classic single and double offices from the former publishing structure to an open, communicative office. This was especially implemented in the 2nd floor.
