With a careful yet progressive design approach, the more than one-hundred-year-old bank building was revitalized. The spatial design was based on three key principles: the efficient use of space, the preservation of the building's identity through a modern reinterpretation of its heritage elements, and the development of a concept that reflects the firm's corporate culture. The result is a forward-looking office that integrates historical elements such as marble panels and chandeliers with modern, flexible workspaces. The central employee lounge serves as the "Social Heart," fostering collaboration and exchange.
This approach transitioned the historic architecture into a new context of use, creating a workspace that harmoniously blends tradition and innovation.
