The G15 office complex is located in north-west Munich in a strongly commercial environment. Built in 2001 and leased by a known single tenant user, Modal M now has the task of attractively upgrading the 4-storey building for the use of small and medium-sized companies and adapting the H-shaped ground plan of the building to the different needs of new users. The owner would like to use this opportunity to position the building well relative to the competition and to differentiate it positively in its environment. Modal M is developing a carefully budgeted upgrading package for its external appearance, the foyers and the two-storey basement car park, to give the building a distinct and progressive image. At a later stage, Modal M will support potential tenants and implement planned  fit-outs on time and on budget as the general contractor.
